I was in the midst of a work day when the word “The Restrainer” kept on echoing in my spirit in the face of Hurricane Irma which was luring to make landing over this weekend in South East USA. I shared it with a sister and hence my journey in exploring the Holy Spirit anew.

I love how Isaiah introduced Him (JESUS) to us in the old testament!!!!

Even before John was making way in the Desert for Hope to enter our realm, Isaiah gave the testimony of the one who would reconcile us with the Invisible God. He is man “child is born”, a Son of God “Son is given”; God Himself (Mighty God).

Isaiah 9:6 NKJV

For to us a child is born,
    to us a son is given,
    and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
    Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

John echoed these same truth

The Eternal Word

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

It is an undisputable fact the mysterious and magnanimous Trio (God; Son :pre-incarnate Christ; and Holy Spirit) were in cahoots with each other from the beginning: A beautiful dance and hierarchy only they can comprehend.  This is the Basis of Christendom.  They were there from the beginning and created everything from NOTHING. God spoke and everything came to be.

Genesis 1:1

The History of Creation

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was[a] on the face of the deep. And the SPIRIT OF GOD was hovering over the face of the waters.

And the Son promised to his disciples that upon His return to the Father, the Helper, the Comforter will be sent to them so they are not alone and without guidance: a spiritual shepherd.  There are no greater words of comfort than these.

John 14: 25-27 NKJV

25 “These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. 28 You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said,[e] I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I.

The Holy Spirit is a beautiful gift from the Father not to leave us as orphans without guide and comfort.  He has given us a glimpse of his divine work in us which makes The Holy Spirit/God our address which he has promised from old and fulfilled in the new covenant.

Ezekiel 36: 25-27 NKJV

Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. 

2 Corinthians 3:2-3 NKJV

You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men; clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.

There are many attributes of the Holy Spirit but his fruits are visible as inscribed on the pages of the Galatian Epistles.  God commands and commends us to walk in the leading of the Holy Spirit and these fruits will manifest:

Galatians 22:16-23

Walking in the Spirit

16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.

18  BUT if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are:


adultery,[c] fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders,[d] drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that THOSE WHO PRACTICE SUCH THINGS WILL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

The Holy Spirit is the RESTRAINER (from willful sin); The conscience of God alive in us reminding us that we are a new creation in Christ; His Holy Priesthood; His chosen People; the Sheep of His pasture; Reminding us to be perfect as He is perfect and to chose Him above our fleshly desires. He has also promised that with every temptation, He will offer us a way out.

1 Corinthians 10:13 NKJV

13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; BUT GOD IS FAITHFUL, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, BUT with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

LOVE IS WHO YOU ARE” and “YOU ARE GOD’S ADDRESS“. The Holy Spirit has made His home in you and just like Jesus who is “the Light of the world”, You are light bearers.

Phillippians 2: 12-16 Light Bearers NKJV

12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; 13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

14 Do all things without complaining and disputing, 15 that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 16 holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.

This light that you carry inside of you will allow you to battle victoriously against your enemy the devil:

Submit to God, Resist the Devil

Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for

“God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble.”[b]

6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Be sober, be vigilant; because[c] your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. RESIST HIM, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. 10 But may[d] the God of all grace, who called us[e] to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. 11 To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

He has not left us defenseless. He has armed us with the truth: WORD OF God which is THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT (JESUS HIMSELF) to slay the enemy and all his lies by faith as you go from glory to glory.  The Battle is the Lord and through God’s word you will restrain and destroy the work of the evil one.

Ephesians 6:10-18

The Whole Armor of God

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11  PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,[c] against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16  ABOVE ALL taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18    PRAYING ALWAYS WITH ALL PRAYERS AND SUPPLICATION IN THE SPIRIT, BEING WATCHFUL TO THIS END WITH ALL PERSERVERANCE AND SUPPLICATION FOR ALL THE SAINTS.

I am genuinely taken aback by His gentleness.

I am no stranger to sibling aggravation whether I am the culprit or the one being aggravated. As such was yesterday’s chat with my younger sister from across the pond. Her well meaning advise and my stance on boundaries collided with both parties hurt and frustrated. I tried to lighten the matter mixed with sarcasm by texting :”I think you just illustrated the “Brexit” lol” which was met with no response. I had offended her.

In that moment the world “gentleness” swirled and spiraled in my head with such momentum pushing me to a complete stop(SELAH).

According to GOOGLE/BING gentleness is “Sensitivity of disposition and kindness of behavior, founded in strength an prompted by love”. Another beautiful definition “The quality of gentleness is colloquially understood to be that of kindness, consideration and amiability” none of which either one of us displayed or practiced in that moment. Conviction set in launching me to seek after His heart.

The first thing he brought to my mind and the chronological order of it

A sensitive Heart in tune with His Spirit:
Ezekiel 36:26:
“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.”

I am sinking in my chair in this moment as I reflect back on this. He continued His instruction on who He is:

Matthew 11:29: (NASB)
“Come to me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, I will give you rest. Take my yolk upon you and LEARN FROM ME. I AM GENTLE AND HUMBLE IN HEART. And you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

My heart is being pierced anew even now. He continued:
Isaiah 40:11(NASB)
“Like a shepherd He will tend His flock. In His arm He will gather the lambs. And carry them in His bosom. He will GENTLY lead the nursing ewes (those who have young)”.

Then He killed me softly:
Galatians 5:22-23: (NASB)
“But the fruit of the spirit is Love; Joy; Peace; Patience; KINDNESS; goodness; faithfulness; GENTLENESS; self-control, against such things there is no law.”

I held my breath with the last two:
Proverbs 1:23: (NASB)
“Turn to my reproof, Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you, I will make my words known to you”.

Revelation 3:20: (NASB)
“Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door; I will come in to him and will dine with him and he with ME.”

In summary: HE is a “GENTLE-MAN-GOD” a “GENTLE” Savior.

So my prayer echo the song Lyrics of Fernando Ortega:

“Pass me not GENTLE-SAVIOR; hear my humble cry; While the others Thou are calling; Do not pass me by”.

Thank you for your gentleness towards me Lord in the midst of this situation. I am sorry I have offended and hurt your daughter, my sister by not practicing gentleness. My heart still aches……but who better to turn to than to the Balm of Gilead.


God in His Kindness has spoken my new identity in HIM in poignant words such as “CHOSEN”, “BELOVED” , and “FULLY KNOWN” reinforced by His written word which have been forever inked and seared on my mind, spirit, and some on my body.

“1 Peter 2:9 9But you are a CHOSEN people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” NIV

“I am my beloved’s, and my beloved is mine: he feedeth among the lilies.” KJV

“knowing, brethren BELOVED by God, His CHOICE of you;” NASB

Psalm 139:13-14
“13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful,

15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.

all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts,[a] God!

The most amazing part in all of this is that these truths were true even when I didn’t believe in Him and when I was in darkness (the flesh). I am forever grateful for his patience and kindness towards me and His relentless unfailing pursuit of me until the scales over my eyes were no longer and I beheld the SON….and the world faded into a SILENCE and OBLIVION.

My relevance in this world is not because of my pedigree (though truly amazing), my continuing education (higher education), my associations (man and women of power/shakers/movers), my accomplishments (recognitions), my wealth/provision (what God has blessed me with), my age (to have been blessed to have lived 4 decades +), or gender (Female). MY RELEVANCE is 100% because He has CHOSEN me and has made me His dwelling: His address SEALED with the HOLY SPIRIT.
I have been entrusted to carry within me the “Holy of Hollies”…His presence, His Glory. I am the new TEMPLE of NEW COVENANT sealed by blood. The Creator of the Universe whose words brought forth creation and all that is in it; the sustainer of the Universe chose to reside with me.
I find no greater honor, no greater accolade no greater company and no greater purpose than this. Welcome Home Holy Spirit. I am not my own!

On May 9th at exactly 6:30pm while driving back to Austin Texas a vision was given me of CHRIST RAISING HIS HANDS.

It looked very much like the statue in Rio de Janeiro Brazil OF “CHRIST THE REDEEMER”, but instead of His hands being extended to the side, a sign of OPEN ARMS, they were raised upwards. I was in the middle of intercession when it appeared so I reasoned that, it is Christ interceding along side of me for the ones I was bringing into God’s Throne Room. I got home and all routine and mundane things I enjoyed most appeared tasteless and I was led into more intercession with all lights out illuminated only by the moon outside peeking through the blinds. There was great urgency. The message: “Your brothers and sisters in Christ are under attack”. So I went to war knowing that the outcome would be victorious.

The Next morning, God would prove His victorious leading by the break through one of them experienced during the same time frame. I rejoiced and was encouraged to further obedience. I was at my desk when God brought a scripture to my remembrance ” NKJV Psalm 68:31 Envoys will come out of Egypt; Ethiopia will quickly stretch out her hands to God.” What does this all mean God? I understand that we are to lift our hands to you in adoration and worship and devotion, but why are your hands raised? That evening I searched the bible for places where it might have mentioned that Jesus Prayed, but it only stated that “Jesus Lifted His eyes to Heaven” not hands.

So I searched for lifted hands and came across Deuteronomy 31-32 and the scripture timeline was during the time of transition of leadership from Moses to Joshua, son of Nun and God tells Moses to write down a song He will tell Him. God is writing songs for future generation….including this generation

Deuteronomy 31: 19-29;
19 “Now write down this song and teach it to the Israelites and have them sing it, so that it may be a witness for me against them. 20 When I have brought them into the land flowing with milk and honey, the land I promised on oath to their ancestors, and when they eat their fill and thrive, they will turn to other gods and worship them, rejecting me and breaking my covenant. 21 And when many disasters and calamities come on them, this song will testify against them, because it will not be forgotten by their descendants. I know what they are disposed to do, even before I bring them into the land I promised them on oath.” 22 So Moses wrote down this song that day and taught it to the Israelites.23 The Lord gave this command to Joshua son of Nun: “Be strong and courageous, for you will bring the Israelites into the land I promised them on oath, and I myself will be with you.”
24 After Moses finished writing in a book the words of this law from beginning to end, 25 he gave this command to the Levites who carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord: 26 “Take this Book of the Law and place it beside the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God. There it will remain as a witness against you. 27 For I know how rebellious and stiff-necked you are. If you have been rebellious against the Lord while I am still alive and with you, how much more will you rebel after I die! 28 Assemble before me all the elders of your tribes and all your officials, so that I can speak these words in their hearing and call the heavens and the earth to testify against them. 29 For I know that after my death you are sure to become utterly corrupt and to turn from the way I have commanded you. In days to come, disaster will fall on you because you will do evil in the sight of the Lord and arouse his anger by what your hands have made.”

Deuteronomy 32 depicts the song dictated by God to Moses, I encourage you to read it entirely, but the following passages literally stopped my heart:

15 Jeshurun[ISRAEL] grew fat and kicked; filled with food, they became heavy and sleek. They abandoned the God who made them and rejected the ROCK THEIR SAVIOR
16 They made him jealous with their foreign gods and angered him with their detestable idols.
17 They sacrificed to false gods, which are not God—gods they had not known, gods that recently appeared, gods your ancestors did not fear.
18 You deserted the Rock, who fathered you; you forgot the God who gave you birth.
19 The Lord saw this and rejected them because he was angered by his sons and daughters.
20 “I will hide my face from them,” he said, “and see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children who are unfaithful.
21 They made me jealous by what is no god and angered me with their worthless idols. I will make them envious by those who are not a people; I will make them angry by a nation that has no understanding
39 “See now that I myself am he! There is no god besides me. I put to death and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand.
40 I lift my hand to heaven and solemnly swear: As surely as I live forever,
41 when I sharpen my flashing sword and my hand grasps it in judgment, I will take vengeance on my adversaries and repay those who hate me.
42 I will make my arrows drunk with blood, while my sword devours flesh: the blood of the slain and the captives, the heads of the enemy leaders.”
43 Rejoice, you nations, with his people,[e][f]for he will avenge the blood of his servants; he will take vengeance on his enemies and make atonement for his land and people.

I read it over and over again….GOD WILL LIFT HIS HANDS IN JUDGEMENT

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Furthermore, The Lord in His kindness has left the story of Nineveh for our Benefit and an act to follow.
When the Word of the Lord came for Jonah to go to the great city of Nineveh with a warning to turn from their wicked ways….and they obeyed…..God relented and withheld His judgment

Jonah 3:
Jonah Goes to Nineveh
1 Then the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time: 2 “Go to the great city of Nineveh and proclaim to it the message I give you.”
3 Jonah obeyed the word of the Lord and went to Nineveh. Now Nineveh was a very large city; it took three days to go through it. 4 Jonah began by going a day’s journey into the city, proclaiming, “Forty more days and Nineveh will be overthrown.” 5 The Ninevites believed God. A fast was proclaimed, and all of them, from the greatest to the least, put on sackcloth.
6 When Jonah’s warning reached the king of Nineveh, he rose from his throne, took off his royal robes, covered himself with sackcloth and sat down in the dust. 7 This is the proclamation he issued in Nineveh:
“By the decree of the king and his nobles:
Do not let people or animals, herds or flocks, taste anything; do not let them eat or drink. 8 But let people and animals be covered with sackcloth. Let everyone call urgently on God. Let them give up their evil ways and their violence. 9 Who knows? God may yet relent and with compassion turn from his fierce anger so that we will not perish.”
10 When God saw what they did and how they turned from their evil ways, he relented and did not bring on them the destruction he had threatened.

To know God is to know His true character and who better to tell it other than Himself:
Exodus 34: 6-8
6 And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming,
“The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, 7 maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin.
Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.”
8 Moses bowed to the ground at once and worshiped.



I enjoy science!
I do believe that science has in most ways glorified God and all of us have stood in amazement at the intricate microscopic level of accuracy in His Divine engineering of His Creation, YOU and the COSMOS. I will be weaving in and out of Science and the Bible to make this point and connection as one helps the understanding of the other. Here is to a glorious adventure.

I am intrigued by “cancer” and all the more by the science to fight against its mechanism to corrupt a synchronized generation and sustenance of life.
Cancer stems from our own cells who has bi-passed a controlled cell division cycle, designed to maintain renewal to propagate life and longevity, by hoarding or making anastomoses of all the blood supply and nutrient to feed its unquenchable growth hence depriving vital organs the supply due to them. This ravaging entity will spread until it consumes us its host entirely. Science has also discovered that there are pre-disposing factors, gene mutations, which make us susceptible and might contribute to this mayhem. For instance, a woman may carry the BRAC1/BRAC2 Mutation gene, a the Tumor suppressor gene, and may never get cancer in her lifetime even though passing those genes to her offspring. On the other hand her sibling carrying those mutation genes might become its victim based on the level of mutation found in her. Cancer does not discriminate, its goal is to survive at the cost of its host: A Terrorist. I have witnessed many beautiful little ones it has unleashed its rampage. It has stolen, killed, and destroyed their lives and their hope. However, what Medicine was not able to do, The name of Jesus has restored homeostasis and calm to their storm. Blessed be His Holy Name.

When I first Discovered Laminin through Louie Giglio, I almost fell to the floor. Let us call it THE GLUE OF GOD.
According to google: “Laminins are high-molecular weight proteins of the extracellular matrix. They are a major component of the basal lamina, a protein network foundation for most cells and organs. The laminins are an important and biologically active part of the basal lamina, influencing cell differentiation, migration, and adhesion.”

The Supremacy of the Son of God

Laminin is a scientific confirmation that God’s fingerprint in you. He is the GLUE, the THREAD, and the LOVE WHO holds you together. We are all PREDISPOSED and PREDESTINED for the divine. This Holy Imprint is activated by the breath of the Holy Spirit, a guaranteed deposit stirred by REPENTENCE, who invades and overtakes every space in us until we are entirely consumed by its unquenchable wildfire of love for the progressive task of being of one mind, one heart, one purpose, and into the likeness of Christ until we behold him face to face on that great day.

The Good Samaritan

God recently reminded me of the following scripture:

1 Corinthians 2:9
9 However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” — the things God has prepared for those who love him—

How better depicted by what He did the Eve of my 42nd Birthday. This was an exciting time for me as God had spared and preserved my life from a horrible accident on the 20th of February which totaled my 2015 KIA FORTE with all three Airbags deployed on the Driver Side and a shaken lad with a bump on her head and left contused shoulder. From the Police officer to all the EMT and Fire Personnel who were there to comfort my family across the Pond and tend to me: Thank You.

So as you can see, this was a welcomed celebration of His sustenance. I had met with my sister in Christ “M” and we enjoyed some mean NY style Pizzas at Home Slice (Note: Does food make you want to break into a song….well that slice did) with some Greek Salad and of course who better to embarrass me than “M”. She hinted it was my birthday and carried on a conversation with the good fellow taking our orders. My efforts to shush them was dismissed as they tortured me to announce it to the world at Hand. The gentleman tending to us gave me a consolation price: Italian Style Tiramisu….. Forget high cholesterol or being conscious of my sugar intake….I will corrupt this body with all that is Italian. It is my day. As we sat in the center of this cozy haven buzzing with hungry Austinites, many sweet and funny conversations took places: A momentous time stamped in my minds eye. My friend “M” had homework to do so I tagged along with her until my disappearing acts lured by the mom and pops shops along congress street got her more distracted and we called it a day. She blessed me with a gift card affording me an opportunity to get lost in the creative world of Disney. You guessed it “Beauty and the Beast” was on the Menu….3D style.

My evening was planned. I stopped at a gas station along the way to fill up when something shining got my attention on one of my back tires as I walked back to my car to fill up….You guessed it. It was a piece of metal sticking out of my tire and illuminated by the SON. I had mixed emotions. I went straight to Walmart to see if they can patch it up, but the area which the nail chose to enter OR exit was in the “irrecoverable” spot. A new tire was needed. My emotions were now tested. My next question was: is this drivable at least for a while. Since there was no leakage coming out and the nail was acting as a cork, a small venture would not hurt but with the inevitable task to replace the tire. I got home and contacted the dealership where I got my replacement vehicles: “A gift from God”. I inquired of my coverages and warranties. And Happy Birthday to me! It was and I was off on Monday when the service center would be open….so I was back into making the most out of the day. I went to the Cinema and as I got there the low tire pressure light came on. Okay Lord! Plans were made to first and go enjoy my childhood movie come to life as I didn’t want to stay out late. The time was 10:20pm when the movie let out and I made the call to road side assistance, courtesy of Mazda with ETA 11:02pm and plenty of time left to relax to usher in Sunday Morning. 11:02pm came and went and it was now 11:25pm and my attempt to get the whereabouts of the POP-A-LOCK servicemen were to no avail. I got a text that He won’t be there for another 30min-40min….Is this really happening? The area I was parked in was getting deserted despite the many reassuring stops made by the security officer of the small plaza made to check on the progress of the help dispatched. I decided to drive where there where some businesses where finishing up for the day. My phone has entered sleep mode and I asked some of staff members could allow me to use their phone to check on status when FROST’s owner’s wife came and asked what was happening. Once my tale unfolded, she without hesitation went inside to grab her husband Anthony to change my tire. Gratitude filled my heart as he assessed the defective tire and the spare and the gadgets with which to make the swap. He would crawl under the car to find the spot which to set up the Jack to change my tire. His wife assisted in lighting his work area as well as charge my now drained I-phone. I kept on saying: YOU ARE THE GOOD SAMARITAN. God bless you for this. He responded, “I hope someone would do this for my wife should she find herself in the same situation.” He understood! I reflected his wife, his mother, his loved ones and He would treat me accordingly. He was on all 4s and on his back on the asphalt and my spare was now on 5 minutes to midnight! His goodness had already overwhelmed me before my Birthday.

It has been a while since I had attended church since the accident, but I had promised God that I would be there to celebrate it with him on Sunday. Before, I left I felt led to write a thank you note and titled it more or less “the good Samaritan” blessing them both for their selflessness and their kindness and anything pertaining them and their business. This was to be delivered after worship. I arrived at church sank in my chair and just sat with eyes closed fixed on Christ. Surprise Me for my birthday Lord were my prayers the last two days. Oh, he took me up on it!

When Pastor Randy started the sermon and mentioned that today’s title is “UNDER THE HOOD” I was wide eyed: See Below

The Pastor continued and yes, it was about “the Good Samaritan” who literally was under my car and putting my spare on to get me home safely. My heart stopped momentarily in Awe and Shock lost between the collision of two worlds: the visible and the invisible. I am sure my eyes bugged out in amazement. I treasured this in my heart with now a God story to share with my walking/talking Samaritans who have been there for me the night before. I went into FROST and the place was buzzing as usual and his beautiful wife came to great me. She said “I am glad you made it home safely. My husband is out.” Not a problem I reasoned, you are the one this message is for I concluded. I handed her my hand written note now powered by the message of the living one and my tongue tried to keep up with all the wonderful things I had witnessed since yesterday with the punch line: Today is my birthday and I just came from church and guess what the message was about? THE GOOD SAMARITAN! Guess what the title was: UNDER THE HOOD! God was talking about you. She looked at me in amazement and we parted after an embrace and a promise that she will check out Life AUSTIN Sermon on March 26th. Talk about stamping my Birthday with HIMSELF. He showed Himself through these beautiful Persian people who may not yet know Him. May They be found in Him!

To be among the seraphs in the throne room of God (Isaiah 6) when they echoed to each other and their Creator:

“HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is the Lord Almighty; The whole earth is filled with His Glory” as they were hiding their faces with 2 of their six wings; hiding their feet with another 2 of their wings and hovering over their God in Celebration of His true Nature: HOLY AND GOOD. Today is March 17th and my devotion this very morning read a promise:  The Lord is my Shepherd. Psalm 23:1 would soon be dispersed among his my friends and how naïve of me to think that He would not display it throughout the day as to permanently carve it in my mind’s eye….so I will not forget it.

The end of came in the early evening hours (7:30pm) and as I sat in the parking lot of the company I work for, the Odometer read 80 miles worth of gas left in my tank to get home to Austin, TX. Earlier that morning, it was evident that I had under-budgeted for my fuel expenses in the new car that God gifted me after my accident on February 20th. My gas light had come on at exit 206 about 50 miles from work. I had to get to work and so I reasoned, I have $1.02 left in my account until tomorrow (money would be deposited by midnight), therefore if I put in exact $6.00 of gas it will get me to work and the Lord will is faithful to get me home tonight (the manner in which He would intervene would be to his choosing). This transaction would put me at -$4.98 which is under the amount which would accrue overcharge fees of $34.00. God knew I had a need….

As I warmed the car and adjusted my radio station/sounds for the trip back, I noticed that the mileage calculator has slipped down to 74 miles worth of gas left for trip when Austin is 86 miles away. I told God, I do not want to charge my debit card money I didn’t have and accrue fines and I started driving back trusting……My flesh was billowing with “What ifs”, but my spirit was unmoved. I drove under the speed limit by 2-5 miles and I saw something miraculous happen: a matching competition between the miles left to Austin an the available gas left in tank. I touched the stirring wheel and asked for divine favor, a miraculous provision and my tank mileage capacity started surpassing mileage left to Austin, TX by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and yes 11 miles worth of gas left when I reached home. I turned off my engine and lingered in the car praising Him and proceeded to my spiritual haven and stepped out onto the balcony to echo just as the Seraphs did ” HOLY, HOLY, HOLY……” and “You are a good Father, a good shepherd, It is good to be your daughter”. In the midst of my worshipped I remembered his name and declared “Jehovah Rohi” as I was starring at the stars SELAH! A breeze brushed over my cheeks…such a welcome response.

Then I heard “RA” all around me and inside my spirit. I uttered why am I hearing “RA” Father and entered the apartment and grabbed my I-phone and googled “RA” and its Hebrew meaning and it dawned on me that He spoke His name Himself:  JEHOVAH-RAAH, The Lord is my shepherd. I felt Like Moses in Exodus 34

The article further elaborated that variant spelling have been used: JEHOVAH-ROHI; JEHOVAH-RO’EH. It continued: A shepherd, one who feeds or leads his flock to pasture (Ezekiel 34:11-15) and delivered an extended translation of this word , REA’, is “FRIEND” or “COMPANION” screaming the closeness and intimacy He desires with His Beloved and together it reads “THE LORD IS MY FRIEND”. As one overwhelmed by the Hurricane of His Love and Revelation, I knelt at my couch and covered my eyes bowed down in Prayer and Thanksgiving…

TRULY, THIS WAS MY RIGHTFUL PLACE….lowered by His Majesty. Overwhelmed and Surrendered.

Even now, He whistles through the air and branches outside touching the deepest part of me. My cup runneth over!!!!!
