A GOD OF MUCHNESS

A GOD OF MUCHNESS

I see you in the richness of sound and light,

You are a God of delight.

I see you in the embrace of little children,

You are a God….a serene garden.

I see you in the taste of food and smell,

You are a God of detail.

I see you in gentle words spoken in kindness,

You are a God of tenderness.

I see you in everyday, in every sunrise and in sunset,

In every rain and storms, in every expression of love beset.

A GOD OF MUCHNESS

So I sing: “His eyes in on the Sparrow, He’s watching me”

THY KINDNESS

THY KINDNESS

Help me remember Thy mercies untold,

When Thou hath wooed me,

All the days of old.

Help me remember Thy tender-compassion,

When Thou hath revealed

Thy heart of Passion.

Help me recollect Thy loving-kindness,

When Thou hath thought of me

Better than Thyself.

Help me reminisce this day:

THE CROSS.

So I sing:

“Why should I be troubled when His tender word I hear, I rest on His goodness, in my doubt and in my fear….

I sing because I am happy, I sing because I’m free; His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He is watching me.

I sing because He loves me, and I sing because I’m free.His eyes is on the Sparrow…and I know He’s watching me.”

JESUS IS LIKE

JESUS IS LIKE

The deepest love not yet experienced;

The greatest height not yet climbed;

The lowest humility not yet attained;

The perfect oxygen not yet breathed;

The purest danced not yet choreographed;

The quietest comfort not yet seized;

The richest wisdom not yet spoken;

The sweetest melody not yet sang;

The best infinite perfection,

My own brand of Heroin (Thanks Edward from Twilight):

My addiction.

UNDONE

UNDONE!

Just as I am,

You bid me to come,

A promise of rest and healing.

Clothe me with your garment of comfort and peace;

Fight for the affection of this wandering heart;

Overwhelm me with your Jealous Love.

Irresistable God,

My deepest Longing,

Till I am Undone!

Lord of Glory, help me behold you.”
