Colossians 1:19:
“For God was pleased to have ALL His FULL-NESS dwell in Him.”

(I looked up the definition of beautiful and behold on Google and all the words that jumped out at me were used in the above writing.  This is a mere attempt in capturing the indescribable).

Quote from the Movie “One Night with The King” the story of Esther the orphan:

“Tell me what I want to hear about. Tell me about the temple. What an ECSTACY to stand in the presence of the Almighty; Like the intimate embrace of a husband and a wife. It is so much deeper than mere mortal love.”

THE LAST LAUGH

THE LAST LAUGH

The mind that matters fully knows me;

The spirit that matters remembers me;

The eyes that matter behold me;

The lips that matter speak to me;

The smile that matters delights in me;

The voice that matters sings over me;

The heart that matters loves me;

The hands that matter tend to me;

The words that matter guide me;

The opinion that matters approves of me;

The will that matters protects me;

The power that matters saves me;

The SEAL that matters exonerates me;

I HAVE IT ALL!!!!!!

Colossians 1:17: “He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.”

How it came to be and what followed:

I was watching “Paul the Apostle Full Movie” on you tube and nearing the two out of three hours movie and the following words “that matters” resonated in my spirit….So needless to say, it was movie “interruptus” and pen onto a “Panera Bread” receipt and the above was birthed.  I shared it with a friend out of sheer excitement and for the Lord’s correction if needed. I was then on my way to “Panera Bread” (for Wi-Fi access) and before I got to my car I ran into L. Huggs. I have seen her around in the compound and have exchanged a hello in the past, but this time the tattoo on her back and her arm caught my attention.  Before I knew it the question “What happened to you” flew out of my mouth.  L. Huggs is tied to an electric wheelchair. She is a double leg amputee with several fingers missing, as well as all her teeth due to an auto immune disease, which causes an over production of collagen and invades the entire body cutting off circulation, hence causing gangrene and hardening her vital organs like stones.  I stood frozen with the information as well as the events leading me onto her path.  I asked the question “Do you know him……Jesus”? She replied (I am paraphrasing) ” I was supposed to have died ten years ago, but I am still here because of Him.  He is the only one I have who is there with me through it all until His purpose is done.  We are here only temporarily, and she mentioned that she should get a T-Shirt with the writing “Be Thankful” and “I am a survivor” because her tattooing days were over due to a horrible healing impediment.  I stood there and nodded in agreement thanking God for this encounter. It also dawned on me that this is no coincidence, so I pulled my receipt out and read the words which are now typed above.  She nodded in agreement and we both rejoiced that both of us have and know what matters….the one who matters “Jesus”.  As He has already named her (Huggs),  she blessed me with two big “hugs” and with an invitation to come visit her and we parted ways with the promise to pray and remember each other . Woe oppressors, woe accusers, woe mockers, woe evil doers, woe manipulators, and woe to you who set traps, Jesus has the last laugh as will we with Him.  BOOM!!!!!!

Best Quote from Iron Lady (2011)

Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV)

“As He thinks in His heart, so is He” or……. “As a man thinks in his heart, so is He.”

Watch your thoughts for they become words;

Watch your words for they become actions;

Watch your actions for they become habits;

Watch your habits for they become your character;

Watch your character for it becomes your destiny;

What we think, we become.”

EASTER

EASTER

Tool used to build His Temple
Mallet, nails, rope,
And Mouths that praised and extolled Him,
Tore Him down.
Not because they had the power to do so
But because He willingly gave it…..
To Herald His Father’s Hate for Sin,
And His unfathomable Love for all Created.

HE IS RISEN!!!!!

John 2:12-22(NIV):
12 After this he went down to Capernaum with his mother and brothers and his disciples. There they stayed for a few days. 13 When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 In the temple courts he found men selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. 15 So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple area, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. 16 To those who sold doves he said, “Get these out of here! How dare you turn my Father’s house into a market!” 17 His disciples remembered that it is written: “Zeal for your house will consume me.” 18 Then the Jews demanded of him, “What miraculous sign can you show us to prove your authority to do all this?” 19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.” 20 The Jews replied, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?” 21 But the temple he had spoken of was his body. 22 After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then they believed the Scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken.

John 10:18(NIV):
“No one takes it (my life) from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.”
